Our mixology program embodies this philosophy as well, with an unflagging dedication to ensuring you enjoy a masterfully crafted cocktail as the perfect complement to your every Bellagio experience.

It happens through a program that is as expansive as it is thoughtfully developed. Throughout our resort, we have 335 spirits, with 80 vodkas, 20 gins, 36 tequilas, 55 brandies and cognacs, 97 cordials, and 47 whiskeys and bourbons. These premium spirits come together in 21 different cocktail lists, at 26 bars, with 160 impeccably-trained Bellagio Bartenders mixing a total of 399 finely crafted cocktails. That number continues to grow to suit the evolving tastes of the resort itself.
