An Iron Chef style competition featuring two teams. Executive Chef David Werly of Le Cirque and Bill Nancarrow, Duckhorn Vineyards Winemaker vs. Executive Chef Marc St. Jacques and Master Sommelier Joe Phillips, both of Michael Mina, compete to create the best single dish that pairs with two different wines. The guests will place the deciding vote to pick the winner in this exciting contest.
