Personal Training Sessions

The Bellagio Fitness Center features a host of fitness professionals who are available to answer your questions, or even help you develop an entirely new fitness plan. Your goals will be assessed as part of developing your personalized regime.

"The Next Level" Wellness Sess ion

After a private consultation, a customized program is tailored to your specific needs, including BMI Calculation and Body Fat Testing (call for specifications), followed by a One-on-One Personal Training Session.

Power Plate Training

The Power Plate Training is a supplemental training tool that uses acceleration technology. It stimulates muscular contractions 30–50 times per second to give you a great workout, while improving flexibility and bone density in a fraction of the time.

Ever wish you could move like a Cirque du Soleil® artist? Come try JUKARI Fit to Flex™, the latest workout created by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil! This high-energy cardio workout harnesses the freedom of movement through dynamic flexibility. You will learn to use the specially-designed JUKARI Band™ to create shapes and flowing movement patterns that will improve flexibility, balance, muscle endurance, as well as work towards greater core strength!
